Salmon River Fine Arts Center

Coronavirus Update. Our art center and gallery remain temporarily closed as we continue to follow the state mandates closely in order to keep our friends, families, and community safe. With the art center classes and shows canceled we are looking for new ways to stay connected with you, as well as find ways to be creative and mindful during this stressful time.  Here’s what we are doing.

Project Corner. We have added a new section to our website to feature special art projects, lessons, and activities. We are currently featuring a fun project from local artist and art teacher Lyndsey Rowland. Look for more projects soon. If you have a project or lesson you would like to share please contact us.

Photo Essay Challenge. We are inviting you to help us document and tell the story about how the Coronavirus has impacted the community we live in through photos. We are accepting photos now through April 10th.

Extended Memberships. Memberships are a great way to support the art center during this time. Consider purchasing a membership for yourself or a friend. Benefits will start immediately upon purchase, but any new membership purchased while we are closed will have an extended annual renewal date to start once we reopen.

Virtual Gallery and Online Art Market. We are currently showcasing and offering for sale online select art, including the remaining work from our exciting 6 x 6 Community Art Show. As a benefit to our members, we are offering participation in this new online gallery and market. See details and guidelines to submit and sell your work.  This online art market helps support both our local artists and art center. Check it out:

Please consider donating during this challenging time when we are closed due to the coronavirus. Any amount will help.
