This fall we hosted our 3rd annual “Hooked on the Salmon River,” a themed exhibition that celebrates fishing and the beauty of the Salmon River. The exhibit was developed to feature work from the region’s fine artists inspired by this beautiful and swift-flowing river that runs through the small historic village of Pulaski, drawing fishermen, nature enthusiasts and tourists from all over the globe.

Juror Linda Bigness

This year’s artwork was selected and judged by Linda Bigness, who holds a BFA from Syracuse University and an MA in art history. She has exhibited internationally in several prestigious solo and group shows and is frequently featured at the Nan Miller Gallery in Rochester, NY. Her work is collected by many residential clients and many of her large scale paintings have been selected and commissioned for well known corporate clients including the Turning Stone Resort, Merrill Lynch, and Bausch and Lomb. Over the past 30 years Linda has shared her expertise and talent through various exhibits, workshops, and the writing of several books.
